Typically the larger the file size, the better quality the image and the pillow will have. Here are some reccomendations:


10" Pillow: 300 KB

14" Pillow: 500 KB

18" Pillow: 800 KB

24" Pillow: 1 MB

36" Pillow: 1 MB

This could be due to several issues:

1) The image is too small

2) The File is corrupt

3) The image hasn't finished uploading

Shaped Pillows are outlined and follow the shape of the animal or object in the photo provided

Square Pillows are the standard box shaped pillows.
